Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the high-velocity nature of our operations and the immediate resource deployment required to secure third-party assets such as media buys, data access, software tools, and vendor services, Tone Multimedia LLC applies the following refund and cancellation terms.
No-Refund Policy After Execution Begins
Once service execution, research activation, procurement, media placement, vendor engagement, or third-party asset acquisition has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellation requests should be sent to thomas@tonemultimediato.com.
Service Credits
In the event of a documented service disruption, service credits may be issued at the sole discretion of executive management. Credits are not guaranteed and may depend on the service agreement, project status, and third-party costs already incurred.
Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs, including media inventory, data access, software subscriptions, platform fees, and vendor expenses, may be irreversible once initiated.
